Dear Carlton School District Families,
This year, the Bulldog Spirit Club, with your generosity, funded exciting opportunities for students, supported our amazing teachers, and made this school year memorable!
One of the main activities funded this year was field trips. Field trips are a great way to offer exciting real-world learning experiences, and we are proud to support teachers in giving these fun opportunities to our kids.
7th and 8th grade had a wonderful time this spring at Wolf Ridge, a three day two night adventure-filled learning experience in the wilderness.
6th - 12th grade zipped down the runs at Spirit Mountain this winter.
6th - 8th grade tested out their skills rollerblading.
9th - 12th grade enjoyed golfing at Big Lake Golf Resort.
3rd - 5th grade laced up and skated around the rink at Four Seasons during the month of February.
Every grade at South Terrace was able to go on two exciting field trips!
5th grade took a trip to the Science Museum of Minnesota.
Physics class had a science-inspiring trip to Valleyfair!
Other opportunities funded and/or supported were:
Bought supplies for sapping season
Donated to the robotics team
Wrote grants to secure weather station and cross country skis
Purchasing STEAM supplies
Purchasing classroom supplies
Purchasing science supplies

Pizza party and cookies for students

It has been a great school year, and we could not have done any of this without the support of our amazing families, community members, and businesses. From purchasing and selling gift cards to collecting coins for coin wars, a big THANK YOU goes out to all of YOU!
