JOB DESCRIPTION: Carlton School District is seeking a District Office Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide office functions for Superintendent and Business Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Consistently positive, respectful and friendly with staff and others in the district office setting.

· Absolute commitment to confidentiality of private student and staff data.

· Ability to learn, understand and accurately input data into specified software systems.

· Good accounting skills.

· Strong office computer skills.

· Very detail oriented.

· Ability to work independently and as a team.

· Very organized and able to effectively manage interruptions.

· Flexible as needs arise.

WORK CALENDAR/SCHEDULE: 7 hours/day. School year calendar with additional days in the summer.

WAGES: Per Carlton Confidential Employees Certified Bargaining Unit contract.
