Dear Carlton School Community,

Raptor Rally: A Day of Connection. This event is designed to give students an
opportunity to meet peers, build relationships, and participate in fun,
community-building activities together. Our goal is to create a welcoming, low-pressure
environment where students can connect, collaborate, and get to know one another.
This invitation is a proactive step to center student well-being, reduce uncertainty, and
ensure that—no matter what decisions are made—students feel supported, heard, and
comfortable.
During Raptor Rally, students can:
● Participate in mixed-school small-group activities
● Engage in team challenges and creative projects
● Enjoy time to socialize and build friendships
● Experience a welcoming school environment alongside Wrenshall students
Wrenshall staff will be present throughout the event to support students and ensure a
positive experience for everyone.
We believe that building relationships early and intentionally is one of the best ways to
support students during times of conversation and change. We truly look forward to
welcoming your students and spending the day learning and connecting together.
