Technical Support Now Available To Distance Learners

We know that this change to distance learning has been a big adjustment for everyone, and we are proud of the way our families are responding.  We want to ensure the best possible experience for our students, so we have arranged at home technical support for you and your student with our technology partner CITON Computer Corp.   We have setup two ways to get help. Please note the required information they will to assist you remotely. 

1:  Phone number 218-740-5275  Call this line and CITON’s Help Desk team will do everything they are able to help.  Please provide the student’s name, the problem you are experiencing, and a contact number in case they need to call back or get disconnected.

2:  You can email studenthelp@carlton.k12.mn.us Again please include the name of who support should call, their phone number, and a quick explanation of the problem.  The support team will review the issue, contact you and do everything they can to resolve the issue.

When speaking with the CITON Help Desk please try and make sure to be in an area that is not too loud, to ensure good communication is possible.  The support team will work with you over the phone so please ensure you have time available to work with them on your Chromebook or computer. 

We hope that this additional support will help make distance learning an easy and successful process!
